These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Concierge Detailing website (https://conciergedetailing.mt) and the booking of our automotive, marine and aviation detailing, restoration, paint protection and ceramic coating services. Concierge Detailing provides premium detailing, restoration, maintenance, ceramic coating and paint protection film services for cars, aircraft and marine vessels in Malta.

2. Bookings and Appointments
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or by email. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, aircraft or vessel and for arriving at or delivering it for the agreed appointment time.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking where necessary, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.
- Cancellations should be made with as much notice as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
3. Services and Pricing
Service descriptions and indicative pricing shown on our website are provided for guidance only. Final pricing depends on the condition, size and specific requirements of your vehicle, aircraft or vessel, and will be confirmed with you before work begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service where, in our reasonable judgment, proceeding would risk damage to the asset or is otherwise unsafe or inappropriate.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle, aircraft or vessel before service. We are not responsible for items left inside.
- Please inform us of any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues or special considerations before work begins.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranties and Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, using industry-leading products and techniques. Where a product (such as System X ceramic coating) carries its own manufacturer warranty, that warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Maltese law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by anyone else. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to Concierge Detailing and may not be reproduced without our permission.
